Hello and Welcome to MazCakes.
I decide to take up cake decorating so as I could design a cake for my nieces wedding.
I went to cake decorating classes and gained City and Guilds in Royal Icing and Sugar Paste Decorating and enjoyed every minute learning this new skill.
